Looks like your comment is 3 weeks old, but I'd say since the post says "Requires TF3 to be installed first" that it uses TF3 material. I'd rather not use TF3 anymore because it's so dated and fake looking. Bibo seems to have the best textures, but it's a b**ch to make the material for Bibo wrap on every single mod manually. So TF3 is usually the default. What I would LIKE is the option to use either Bibo textures OR TF3 for this new Alpha Version. I do like the new shape, but the texture of TF3 is like a plastic doll, no skin textures for realism...
