Maintaining a healthy, active, and informed dialogue with all players on the server
Bringing in quality players and retaining them through marketing, tutorials, and community engagement
Listening to feedback from the community before engaging in hasty decisions that could drastically change the mechanics of the server and genre down the line
Recognizing problems that impacted previous genre iterations and working to address them through multiple channels
