Hi Tien!
Well, my favorite movies are horror movies, so the answer is of course your horror movie reactions.π
But since you want to do something different, maybe a few suggestions.
The Mission Impossible series are very good spy thrillers. The first two parts stand more or less on their own, but from the third part onwards there is an "overarching" story.
The movies have good action, crazy stunts and lots of twists and turns. It will definitely be a lot of fun to watch you ladies solve the case.
Of course, the disadvantage is that there are now 7 movies, which means it would be a long-term project.
Alita: Battle Angel (2019) is a very good cyberpunk action movie based on an anime.
So this could also be something for the anime fans among your subscribers.
You could of course react to both the American live-action adaptation and the anime movie (I think it was a two-parter) from 1991 and compare which of the two you like better.
Then there's The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013). It's a comedy drama with Ben Stiller. A great movie with a great message.
These are just a few ideas, of course. Whatever movie you ladies react to, I'm looking forward to it, keep up the great work.π

The Silence of the Lambs was such a big hit back then. Anthony Hopkins' portrayal of Hannibal Lecter was simply brilliant.
As the previous writer has already explained most of it, I don't have much left to write.
It was impressive how quickly Tien saw through Hannibal Lecter's trick during his escape. Most people only realise it when it's revealed in the ambulance.
What I like about such old movies is what frustrated you both at the end, the return to the past.
In the early 90s it wasn't so easy to just call someone in such a situation. Cellphones didn't really exist yet, we can assume that Bill cut his phone line.
Clarice would have had to leave the house to find a phone, which would have given Bill enough time to kill the victim and escape. So Clarice had to act.
Do you plan on continuing with the horror movie reactions after Halloween?
That was an amazing reaction as always ladies!π

Lang identified the first location as Vancouver, but it is Quantico, Virginia. This is an army base that also has the FBI Training Center.
Dr. Hannibal Lecter is such an interesting villain. Sure, he eats people but usually he selects his victims for being rude or uncivilized. So, i believe he wouldn't kill Agent Starling because she treated him with respect.
There was a TV Show called Hannibal that was very good, especially the first couple of seasons. The actor who played Hannibal in that is also great.
Quid pro quo: Hannibal says this a lot. It's latin that means "something for something". it's not used a lot in everyday English, but when it is, it usually means a favor for a favor.
COVET: This word comes up a lot. Hannibal tells Agent Starling this is how she will catch Bill. It just means to wish for greatly or with envy, but it's used a lot in a religious context and there it can mean more like you lust for something that belongs to someone else.
At the very end of the movie, when Hannibal says he's having an old friend for dinner, he is referring the Dr. Chilton, the doctor who was in charge where he was imprisoned. Dr. Chilton fears for his life and has fled the USA, hoping to go someplace Hannibal wouldn't find him, but we see that he is wrong and Hannibal will soon be having him for a snack.
