The Killing Fields is a movie I hesitate to mention, but it is another one that will tear your heart out and took place closer to home. It is about Pol Pot and the genocide in Cambodia. Keep tissues close if you ever watch that one too. You both are great people and your reactions show that. Thank you!

Daniel Craig has a movie called Defiance where it follows to story of the small Jewish survivors hiding in the forest in Eastern Europe fighting off the nazis

2024-12-12 23:56:21 +0000 UTCThis movie never ceases to touch your heart.😢 I think that in the beginning Schindler was more concerned with his own interests than with helping the Jews. It was more of a side thing to make him feel good and was often motivated by Itzhak Stern. I believe that when he saw the clearing of the ghetto in Krakow, that changed something in him. Ben Kingsley as Itzhak Stern is such a great cast, I think he even steals the show from Leam Neeson a little. No, Tien, the majority of Germans today and especially the government do not believe in the Nazi ideology. Germany has a very strong culture of remembrance when it comes to the Second World War and the Holocaust. So that what happened is never forgotten and something like that can never happen again. Lan is really well informed about history, respect. That was a great reaction, Angels, and your analysis at the end hits right in the heart.💜
