In regards to Stewie becoming a masochist (someone who enjoys pain), she said, "I don't CONDEMN that behavior", but that would mean that she thinks that behavior is acceptable. I think she meant to say, "I don't condone that behavior". By the way, the opposite of a masochist is a sadist - someone who enjoys inflicting pain. I think the word Lang was looking for to describe kinks being passed from parents to children was HEREDITARY. There's a movie called Hereditary that you should definitely watch, but it is not about kinks. Respectfully, I also think she is wrong about this statement. I'm sure there's some genetic factors broadly for sexual preference, but I doubt there's a "foot fetish gene". I think the formation of kinks are more likely to come out of some early experience or maybe even a traumatic experience. There's saying in the US that goes, "Match my freak." It basically means that two people's kinks align in a pleasant manner.
