Thanks for your reaction making this movie even more fun to watch.

Rene Petitclerc

This was the reaction that made me join your Patreon. You two got as excited as I did when I first saw the Death Star explode, back when I was 10 years old. I love the enthusiasm!

Matthew t Farler

he's right. they need to skip those. waste of time

Kevin Hurston

Speaking of video games there's a VR game where you can fly the Stars Wars small ships for both sides. The big ships are what you are attacking but you have to fight the other small ships too. Haven't done it in years but it was a lot of fun!

Brian Tetrick

1,2,3 were terrible don't you remember how much everyone hated them when they came out? At least 7 was good and personally I don't hate 8 and 9, if you want everything to be perfect don't follow anything you will be dissapointed at some point

Imperial Mort

Heck no. Let them watch 7,8,9 and form their own opinions! Besides I want to see their reactions to it anyway.

Dave M.

7,8,9 suck. no reason to watch them at all! But rogue one and solo should be included

Kevin Hurston

Actualy you guys do what you like, I just found out I was paying double what I thought, back to youtube for me, cheerybye

Imperial Mort

IMO you can skip 789 but the first 6 movies are definitely worth watching

Josef Bert

Munchies already did that.

Imperial Mort

I think the best order for all 9 saga movies is 4-5-6-1-2-3.

Brandon

If you are going to do them all. Do 456 then 789 and then go back to 123, movie muncehies have already done 123 but not 789 and 789 have characters from 456

Imperial Mort

So in a sense you two are descendants of the Rebellion !

Stewie

Yes, Andor was pretty good but The Mandalorian is very mixed in terms of quality, I think there are too many filler episodes. To be honest, I hope the Angels do what the Munchies did and concentrate on the good movies. Series are always such a long commitment.

Movie has significance fir your country Explained in this article excerpt Star Wars was heavily inspired by the Vietnam War, with George Lucas drawing parallels between the U.S. and the Empire. Lucas himself has confirmed this in interviews, explaining that the story of the Rebel Alliance fighting against the oppressive Galactic Empire was, in part, a critique of U.S. foreign policy during the Vietnam War era. Lucas saw the U.S. as a technological superpower attempting to suppress smaller, less advanced nations fighting for independence—similar to how the Empire wields its massive military might against the Rebels. The guerrilla tactics of the Rebel Alliance are reminiscent of the strategies employed by the Viet Cong. Lucas has also said that the Empire represents what happens when a democracy becomes corrupted by greed and power, which he saw as a warning against the U.S.’s potential path during that time.

Stewie

After you see the entire story, you can understand why the lightsaber fight between Vader and Obi Wan is so low key and tame. It’s almost like a ritual or ceremony at that point, between 2 old foes. Neither one of them is really fighting hard. I think they both know at that point there is only one way it can end, and Obi Wan is definitely prepared to die. No spoilers but in this same time period right before this movie, Vader can be seen being way more powerful with his sword and the force. This is just a last dance.

I think Rogue One is great. I also like the Star Wars series Andor - it's made by the same writer as Rogue One. I also think The Angels would like the Star Wars series The Mandolorian.

Steven Roy

Star Wars!!! Let's goooooo! And you started with the right movie. Im so excited

Looney

Good reaction. Spaceballs after the first three original movies would be great.

Vogon Poet

I now have seen the reaction from Start to Finish and im very happy :) .. Thank you very much !!! I cant wait for the Episode V, VI and III reaction .. and perhaps the Obi-Wan Series too ?? :D

Great reaction! When Star Wars first came out people would rewatch it in the theaters multiple times just because of how amazing the effects were at the time. Compared to today the lightsaber fight definitely is pretty weak but the lightsabers they were using were very fragile and broke all the time so they couldn't do big flashy movements but they improve over the next movies. Computers were only used for one scene (the screen showing the death star layout at the end) everything else was done in camera. All the space ships were models and even the light saber was a spinning stick with reflective tape attached to a motor. (The version you guys watched was a remastered version that came out in the 90s that had scenes added that did use computers.) Looking forward to the rest of the trilogy!

Josh

It's not American Psycho but I welcome it all the same. 😎

This movie is one of THE classics in movie history. Originally, George Lucas had problems convincing the studios to make the movie. The studios thought you couldn't make money with a sci-fi movie. George Lucas waived his salary to make the movie. He was given exclusive rights to the merchandise. The movie was a huge hit and George Lucas earned billions from the merchandise.😅 Yes, in the original trilogy the lightsaber fights were a bit slow. But in episodes 1 - 3 there are the epic lightsaber duels. Disney only bought Star Wars in 2012. Unfortunately they didn't treat Star Wars that well. Personally, I didn't think anything Disney produced was that good except for Rouge One. I'm surprised you didn't recognize the actor who plays Han Solo, that's Harrison Ford, a real legend. You should put the Indiana Jones trilogy on your movie list. These are the best adventure movies there are. Harrison Ford plays Indiana Jones, Steven Spielberg directs and George Lucas (Star Wars) was the producer. That was a great reaction Angels, I love it.💜

Digitalversager

A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one! Looking forward to watching these!

Brandon

We're so excited.

Ladies, you've taken your first step into a larger world :D

I look forward to watching this one when I get home from the office! I do wish the original theatrical versions were more readily available. The special editions (ANH and RotJ especially) really suffer from the changes.

Thessair

OMG. I am now the happiest man alive 😁. Thank you, Angels 😘🥰💖.

Lee Pitman

Looking forward to you guys watching the original trilogy 👍👍
