For live actors comedy, "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum." And since you seem to like Tom Hanks, I can enthusiastically recommend "Sully."

2025-02-05 14:23:56 +0000 UTCYou asked for animated comedy recommendations at the end, if youβre looking for another film like this one there really isnβt one, this strange film is one of a kind, animated movies in america are pretty much always PG rated, I can certainly recommend some animated comedies but of course I donβt know how well you know your animated movies, for instance the Shrek movies would be a good place to start, Iβd argue Shrek 2 might be the best animated comedy movie ever, other choices could be; The LEGO Movie (2014) Chicken Run (2000) The Incredibles (2004) (Maybe more of a superhero movie but there is a lot of comedy) The Emperorβs New Groove (2000) Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit (2005) (There are many wallace and gromit short films worth watching but this is their first feature length movie) Toy Story (1995) The Spongebob Squarepants Movie (2004) And if you want more comedy movies in this tone, comedies that are more outrageous and raunchy, then hereβs another list; Superbad (2007) (From the creator of Sausage Party) Pineapple Express (2008) (Also from the creator of Sausage Party) The 40-Year-Old Virgin (2005) Eurotrip (2004) Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle (2004) No Hard Feelings (2023) Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982)

When Americans say, "Sausage Party", we mean a party only guys show up for, or if a large group of guys get together. The title of this movie is a play on that. The Meatloaf that was singing is actually a singer who called himself "Meatloaf". Seth Rogan, the producer of this film and the actor who plays the sausage, is known for consuming large amounts of weed. He actually acts in and helps make a lot of great TV shows, including The Boys and Invincible. Either of these shows would make good reactions. Invincible is animated.

The end is a bit too weird for me and I watch Family Guy without any problems.π I really don't have any recommendations when it comes to animated movies, it's not exactly my favorite genre. That was a fun reaction Angels, as always.π
