You two are beautiful souls. This movie is incredibly touching but watching you react to it made it even more touching. I can only wish you the best out of your lives. Because you are giving us very good feelings about life. Take care of you !

This is probably the best reaction I've seen to this movie ever. Tien's reaction when she realized just how real the story was @ 2:11:01 when they showed the interview of real life Desmond talking about how he was praying "please help me get one more". You could tell that hit HARD and I absolutely loved it! Thank you for this Angels!

Excellent reaction to this movie. Remember with men things are impossible but with God, all things are possible. And also, like the days of Moses God will not abandon you. Doss was quoting a lot of bible scripture and stayed Modest throughout his life. I was corrupted with horror and was raised by it but....I still remember the bible's words. And Gods not looking for perfection in a person and everyone still has a chance to change their ways. You also have Saints that did their part throughout history. Joan of Ark was one of them. The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc. Then you have the miracle of, Lady of Guadalupe 2021. She has been here on earth a lot of times but this story the Lourdes apparitions in 1858. And plus the Japanese snuffing themselves is not good at all. By doing that you condemn yourself to Hell. There is also a little Korean artist who was taking to hell and came back. She drew what she saw. This one you can look up on Youtube.

An amazing part of Doss's story that the movie doesn't much cover is the story of the 77th ID, the outfit that he belong to. You might have noticed that Doss's team mates are not teenagers, but seem older than typical soldiers. That is accurate. I don't know if your country allows this sort of content, but if it does, you really ought to watch (and maybe react to): The Fat Electrician channel - Old Age & Treachery - The Unstoppable 77th Infantry Division - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Su5-_KuDf8

One of your best reactions yet, what a movie and what an incredible person in such a hard time. I remember tearing up the first time I saw this but by the real life interviews this had me broke/
Haven't seen Fury but looking forward to it.

This was the first time I've seen this movie. It was really interesting to see a war movie focused mainly on rescue rather than combat. The fact that this was a true story and we got to see interviews with the real people at the end was awesome. I enjoyed the reaction very much!

One of my favorite films. It was a GREAT reaction from you two. The man was a Genuine Hero and he did save 75 men at Okinawa. The film made some changes to Desmond's Story. That Battle at Okinawa ACTUALLY lasted over 2 1/2 weeks. And the film totally omitted that he had been in two OTHER battles, before Okinawa.

Good movie. I'd like you two to react to the Mel Gibson movie We Were Soldiers. It's about the Vietnam war battle of Ia Drang valley in 1965.

Another movie directed by Mel Gibson is 'The Passion of the Christ' (2004).

It was so cute how you encouraged each other before the fight scene. "We have survived Saving Private Ryan (Full Metal Jacket), we'll survive this too."
The fight scenes are really intense in this movie....Good movie, good story.
I know the movie is based on a true story, but is it really true that the entire time Doss was rescuing soldiers on his own, a whole team was waiting below?
Were there no two volunteers who could have climbed up and at least helped him lower the wounded?
That always seems a bit unrealistic to me in the story, just to make Doss, who is without question a hero, even more heroic.
I don't know, that's just the question that always goes through my head when watching.
So next week it's Fury's turn for a reaction, also a very good war movie, I'm looking forward to it.
That was an awesome reaction, Angels, as always!đ

They actually downplayed his actions. They thought no one would believe what he actually did. True definition of a HERO!!!
