Regarding Blade 3, while it is the least good of the three, it is still worth watching; there is enough in it to enjoy and Blade is still Blade, albeit clearly unhappy. In terms of other recommendations, you might like the original Crow, the main character was played by Brandon Lee, Bruce Lee's son.

2025-08-04 05:18:19 +0000 UTCGreat reaction ladies. Yeah as Yuri was talking about, Donnie Yen is pretty famous actor and a great martial artist too. It's a shame how the higher ups treated Blade 3. It has it's good moments but of course the studios messed with it and pissed Wesley Snipes off. I do have to echo what others are saying. Hellboy (2004) and Hellboy 2 are great watches. They star Ron Pearlman which played Reinhard here. Also the Underworld series is a great vampire / werewolf action.

2025-07-31 23:40:06 +0000 UTCIt totally doesn't make sense Whistler comes back. They must have just wanted him on the poster to sell tickets. Haha. Have you heard the word RETCON yet? It's short for "retroactive continuity", but it means when creators deliberately change or add some facts to a fictional story. Whistler showing up in this film is a great example. In my opinion, this is a fun movie but not as good as the original and maybe the weakest film of the director Guillermo del Toro. Del Toro is a Mexican director and has made some real bangers. His Spanish-language films: Pans Labyrinth and The Devil's Backbone, are truly amazing. But, as they are in Spanish and not as popular, his films Hellboy, Pacific Rim, and The Shape of Water might be better for your channel. The Shape of Water won the Oscars for best picture and director in 2017, but you might want to watch The Creature from the Black Lagoon(1954) before you see The Shape of Water because Del Toro was heavily influenced by that film. Maybe a double feature. I saw Del Toro speak once, and he came across as super-freaking smart.

Lan explains perfectly at the end how the story of Blade 2 came about.😅 I would turn a blind eye to the Whistler thing. When Blade 1 came out, nobody was thinking about a second part. When the first part was a success, the studio wanted a second part. They then came up with some outrageous explanation as to why he was still alive, since the character was quite popular in the first part. Basically, it doesn't make sense that he's still alive. But it's good that he's back; his character fits Blade well as a sidekick. I had completely forgotten that Norman Reedus was in this movie. It took me a few seconds to recognize him, without his baby.😂 I would skip Blade 3. Diplomatically speaking, you could say the movie is okay, but not really that good. If you want to see more vampire movies, there are better alternatives like the Underworld series. The Underworld movies have a similar visual style to Blade, plus a very good vampire mythology and a kick-ass female heroine. I think you'd enjoy them. A Thursday upload was a nice surprise and it was another great reaction Angels.💜
