Full-length Harry Potter 20th Anniversary Return to Hogwarts

Full-length Harry Potter 20th Anniversary Return to Hogwarts

Comments

It's so sad, now so many more actors from Harry Potter are gone compared to just the 4 years ago since this was filmed. I know you're not familiar with all of their real names, so I'll use character names. Now McGonagall, Hagrid, Dumbledore(2nd), and The Sorting Hat's voice actor has also passed away. I will miss Maggie Smith the most. Also, so you know, they filmed all of the HP movies in the UK, not Hollywood. BTW Tien I've often felt the exact same way as you in regards to watching the LOTR cast, watching the HP cast. I used to watch these interviews over and over and over again, and wanting to be a part of something so big and fulfilling, and I'm not even an actor. I want to be a part of a group like that so much. Thank you both for the reaction journey!

I think this 20th anniversary was really well done. Enjoyed the reaction and the discussion after. I agree with Tien, I think "actor" can be used as a gender neutral term.

Why build a fake castle if there are already tens of thousands real ones in Europe?

Harry potter series is so so amazing!!! They should make a real hogwarts castle . So many would want visit

I was always a big fan of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds and I was watching the video for the song that Harry and Hermoine danced to. The comment section had a lot of Harry Potter fans, so I watched that clip. That's the first time I heard of Harry Potter, so I watched it, safe to say that I am a fan of the movies.

This is the first time I've watched the behind the scenes of Harry Potter. It's quite fascinating. Tien don't give up on what you love doing. I believe you're a good actress because you're also a damn good reactor. Tien you shouldn't have a hard time making new friends you're friendly and have a good personality too. Lan is a really good friend to you and has been very supportive. If I were you, I'd stay friends with her till the end of time. I also like both your matching dresses they look nice.

I think Tien is correct about the word actor. It can be gender neutral. When you get sick, do you go to the doctress? Lan is also correct. I think Tien has an excellent evil laugh. Maybe we should hear it more?

I hadn't seen the anniversary special yet. A bit overproduced; simple interviews would have been enough for me, but it's very interesting and emotional. At the end, even I shed a few tears. Especially during the interview with Robbie Coltrane where he says that people will still be watching the Harry Potter movies in 50 years. That he probably won't be around then, but Hagrid will be. He died shortly after this interview. I don't know if you've already filmed all the reactions for Halloween. If not, Daniel Radcliffe played in a pretty good ghost movie, The Woman in Black (2012), the movie has a really great atmosphere and is definitely worth a reaction. And since the topic of long-term movie projects came up. The producer wasn't quite right; there's a movie project that lasted even longer than the Harry Potter movies. The movie is called Boyhood and came out in 2014. The movie is a drama about growing up. The special thing is that the movie was in the works for 12 years. The main actor was 6 when the project began and 18 when the movie came out. They worked on the movie for a few weeks every year and you can see how the cast gets older as the movie goes on. The movie is really good, so I would like to suggest it for a reaction. Your conversation at the end was so emotional. Listen to Lan Tien and don't give up, always remember that everything worth having in life is hard to achieve. I am sure you can do it and with a private stylist like Lan by your side you will always look stunning along the way. And just for your information, I am watching all of your reactions on my TV (100 inches), so I already see you on a relatively big screen.😉 That was a wonderful reaction, Angels, I am looking forward to the Marvel journey with you.💜

Since this 20 year anniversary we have lost several more actors. Professor McGonnagall, the 2nd Dumbledore, Hagrid, Griphook and Minister of Magic Fudge.

hmmm...

I like all the behind the scenes stuff with films, be that documentaries, behind the scenes footage, special effects showcases, etc... It's fine to just watch movies and never think twice about them, but I think it's far more interesting to understand film as an art form, to appreciate what it takes to make films. There are so many layers of artistry and craftsmanship that go into films that sadly go unnoticed when the job is done well. It's nice to see it being appreciated.

Brandon

Please girls, post a movie reaction alongside something like this. Like... what is this? Also, happy Friday everybody, Marvel begins...

CrashTestWalrus

I'd love to see an In Bruge reaction. Black comedy starring Voldemort, Mad Eye and Fleur. One or two good Vietnamese jokes also.

MatthewJ

I hope you do the prequels as I haven't seen them and would watch those reactions.
