The city is completely independent and is a principality (ruled by a prince), even tho France is completely surrounding them. This is a true fiscal paradise. You want to hide money if you're rich, this is a perfect place ( like Switzerland in fact). Btw you cracked me up, with Tony talking back to you. I'm may be the only one agreeing 100% with fury in the end so much. Having Iron man's suit and intelligence in our team yes, dealing with Tony personality, no way!! But even in the comics, Stark's worst enemy his himself and alcohol and drugs addiction. Btw meet Natasha Romanov aka Black Widow! This movie can make you fall in love with Scarlett Johanson!
