With this particular illustration, I tried using blobs of colour to try and take the illustration in a looser direction.
For the longest time I became a little stuck as I began to feel uninspired half-way through, as I would have liked to have done more with the top half of the hair & outfit, but the bottom half was already so prevalent & Big, I knew (despite wanting to go big) that I would have to keep the upper half reasonable tame by comparison.
