This Illustration started by going in a completely different direction, so you may also be getting a little sneak-peak at a future Fluffi Fashionista, as I saved the progress on that particular look, to come back to later. ^_^
While working on this illustration, there were a couple of elements which had me second guessing throughout...
The first was the 3 Layer Big Hair. My initial thought was to have it almost be representative of those ice-lollies with the 3 different flavours, but I really didn't like how it took so much attention away from the rest of the look.
The other element which I still find myself conflicted by is the colour of the dress... I like the green/blue tone, but there are times when I see the dress as a Christmas Tree and not an ice-cream. :-s ^_^ :-s
