Originally I had intended for this look to an extravagant 'Butt-Plug' Centric Illustration, with a peacock/Wedding-Dress-Train like Butt-Plug on display, although I think the whole concept of a this type of Butt-Plug Design will definitely require more time, thought and planning to create an accessory which could dominate a whole look.
