I'm not sure why I was thinking of ballet-heels, but I thought it would be nice to create a different 'High Heeled Outfit', this time with a Ballet heel for the purpose of a casual shopping trip. :) With this one is more focused on the ballet-heeled teetering discomfort of the submissive, rather than the overall look being a serving tray.

I'm fascinated by the whole idea behind this and cleverness of the little wheel at toe for mobility of dragging it around. She looks quite restricted with all those straps, yet you managed to make an outfit out it. Fun piece... I wouldn't mind seeing what else you can do with the Forniphilia theme.
