HEALTH UPDATE.

Dear Pink & Fluffi Patrons...

I'm very sorry for the lack of postings this Week, I once again came down with yet another bout of illness. :(

I had an appointment with My Doctor and it's thought that these bouts of illness may be linked to a condition called 'Non-Alcoholic-Fatty-Liver-Disease'. 

Since I don't really exercise enough these days and have far too much Dairy in my diet. (Multiple Cups of Tea each day, far too many of my meals have cheese on or in them and my sweet/ candy of choice is Chocolate, so I really, really need to cut back on the very large amount of dairy in my diet). :-s


I'm feeling better today and resuming work, But I thought I should keep you all updated even with something so boring & uninteresting as my health & diet.

I'm currently working on a Kat Doll Commission and afterwards I'll be resuming work on a Fluffi Fashionista I'd already started. :)

I appreciate the thought SendahLove. With the diet aspect I have a decent idea of the changes I need to make... But Making them is the hardest part, as it just means eating lots of very boring and bland food combinations. I ate such a diet during the times when I was doing the 'Insanity' Workouts, but it was always so much work everyday just planning, monitoring and measuring every meal. BUT with these repeated spouts of illness I'm reaching/ reached a point where I really do need to do something.

You probably need a dietitian to help you diversify your daily diet. Moderation is the key, but that's only half of it. You need to be more active. The human body was built to be mobile. Sorry to be a nag about it, but I would hate to see you suffer anything worse.
