There are 2 versions of this outfit, one with the cape & one without...
For this look I pictured an outfit a submissive Prissy may wear on a first date... Although leashed at all times, so their Dominant sitting in the next booth can monitor the date and make sure the Prissy doesn't act too slutty or desperate (Despite having been locked away in chastity for weeks, maybe even months).
The Cape of-course to be worn on the journey to and from the date, after all a Prissy Miss has to keep their modesty, at least until they're invited in for a cup of cream. ;-p
