The Title name roughly translates (atleast according to Google Translate) to 'FLUFFY RAiNBOW'.
A Big Thank you to Hina-Yui who made this Style-Theme suggestion almost 2 months ago. :) Here is what I think and hope is a Hime Gyaru design, I'm a little unsure of if I was successful with the intended theme.
