As previously mentioned, I kind of lost my way with this look. I started off with a 'sailors uniform' in mind and then for some reason I decided to turn the shorts into quarter length Capri-trousers, as I was a tad unsure in regards to having essentially the whole legs bare.
From there I lost my way and it wasn't until the very end (while colouring), I finally decided the Capri-Trousers weren't working and instead made them into full length leggings.
I do wish I'd stuck with my original theme and just gone with a Prissy Sailor & Shorts look. ^_^'
