I don't really have much if anything to say about the progress of this illustration, the details of the Contest Winner's Illustration were quite clear, so the process was really quite straight-forward... Perhaps the only issue I had were with trying to stick with the requested colour-scheme, as there were a couple of times I might have gone with more contrasting colours, but in this particular instance all other colours combinations somehow just didn't feel right.
