* A Corseted waist with an enclosed & tied Peenie-Corset, acting both as decoration and Prissy Chastity.

The Corset Pulls through beneath/ between the legs, with the option of a small bump, to allow of the tucking & strict containment of testicles.

PRINCESSVILLE LORE::

The black version of the 'Boffin Bouffanti' is particularly popular among the Prissy 'Office working' population of PrincessVille. However Black is a forbidden clothing colour for PrincessVille PRISSIES & BARBI' to wear without explicit permission from their Dominant or Work Place.

KATSCANDY NOTE:

I felt very unsure of the purpose for this outfit design, it wasn't until I was colouring the illustration (specifically the transparent forearm & lower leg poufs), when I realised the drastic difference the colour change and the inclusion of the lower leg poufs made. ^_^' So this piece was somewhat of a (in the words of Bob Ross) 'Happy Accident'.
