20k Tartosa Starter House w/ Artist Studio

I haven't build in Tartosa since the release of the My Wedding Stories game pack. but i had so much fun with building this even though it was really challenging with only 20k. I wanna make it fit perfect in this world so i've used a lot of debug items like the buildings around the house, the rocks & trees. This house had 1 bedroom but space for one more bedroom 1 bathroom & it has a Artist Studio. It also has 2 balconies & a small garden. I hope you like it!
