Most people wouldn't have been brave enough to set foot off the putting green yet... but you've played loads of rounds, visited some really difficult golf courses and improved your game. I get it, but from an outsider's viewpoint, that's already pretty impressive 😊. Sounds like you need a sports massage from a big burly masseuse, who'll pummel all the aches out. You'll feel worse, but also better 😆

I'm booked in to get a tattoo at the end of the month so I'm super excited for that. I kinda feel the change of the club thing, but in a completly different way. I usually knit with bamboo, but sometime may have to switch to metal and it completly throws off my usual rhythm and it cramps my hands. Just a horrible time. As for medical stuff, I think I commented before but I have a Humeria demo pen you are welcome to have. They make nice clicks, etc and "reloads" with a twist so you can do multiple "shots". It's kinda like an epi pen. I completly understand if you don't want a random person mailing you stuff but it's yours if you want it or it's an idea for an item you can look for. Have a good weekend and relax and feel better!

I also agree with you about the sunscreen the best form of protection is physical like hats and covering your arms and legs, and when necessary to use sunscreen on the face and neck but I love to find more natural sunscreen too. hope you also have a great and relaxing weekend!
