ngl this has been on repeat since it was posted! Peaceful and gentle tingles (the distant construction sounds enhanced the 'away from the crazy outside world' feeling) and helped me to feel a little less rubbish with a raging ear infection and a swollen face, I'm feeling better now...but it's still on repeat lol
