I've always made HMVs with "action" based scripting, with that I think is the correct depth/length for strokes, over time I've started to increase the stroke lengths to make them more pleasurable. I also wanted to avoid making stoke lengths too long, because I feel like it may make them feel the same. So I'm kinda stumped on how I should scrip them.
My question for you, should I increase the stroke length, keep it the same, lower it?

I completely agree! It's hard to figure out exactly how I want the scrip to come out and I never feel like it's 100% all the time.

2025-05-20 05:30:06 +0000 UTCI think the compromised route of exaggerating otherwise action-accurate strokes is the best, imo. I agree that if everything is long it becomes much more boring, but overall sometimes the video happens to not have much action so making it accurate is a bit of a buzzkill.
