Testing the new Kuwahara filter
Added 2023-11-14 15:59:09 +0000 UTCA new filter has been added to Blender 4.0 called Kuwahara, which makes your render look painterely. You can add it in the compositing tab, it makes some pretty cool effects.
There's an addon which adds brush strokes and makes your render look like a traditional hand painted masterpiece. Check out the Live Paint Filter (Affiliate link)
