Best thing about this show is that so many moments can be found in the comics, right down to the most minute detail. The show is just able to expand upon more content with everyone as opposed to just Nick and Charlie. Of course, some things are different or have been added into the show but the adaptation absolutely keeps the comic version integrity. Which is so so cool because Kit and Joe haven’t read the comics either so it really speaks to how much they care about these characters and the message the show is trying to get across

Also I can see why Charlie wouldn’t have seen him in a vest before. They met in January and it’s the first time they are headed to the beach in nice weather. Side note however, they filmed the beach scene in Oct/Nov. Kit Connor must have been freezing. 🥶

2024-05-21 08:43:12 +0000 UTCI love the shirt! You really should read the books at some point. They're heavier on art than actual reading, so you can easily finish all 5 in a couple of hours. I can't wait for the new season. If it follows the graphic novels, conservatives are going to be extra mad, and I'm not looking forward to being subjected to their meltdowns. Having textured hair is annoying. The frizz is horrendous, and you can't use anything even remotely heavy to manage it, or your curl/wave is gone. But you still have to make sure your hair has some moisture, or your texture won't form at all. It's a tricky balance

I dont know if it is a spoiler, but I dont think so, it is like in season 2 just the next day after the last episode of season 2. I definetly cant wait till October 3 but I think I have to...Looking forward to watch Season 3 with you guys !!!

2024-05-20 11:53:39 +0000 UTCWill be worth the wait, cause it's a cute, brillant series, with a great premise and atmosphere, cause as you said, it does a great job on tackling serious issues without being too dark. Yes the theme of saying I love you to your partner can be dealt with in many ways/have impact in many ways, because of the whole being ready or not, someone finding it easier to just say it/feels it quicker than others, just saying it, when it feels natural, what if someone says it, and you are not ready, don't want to pressure the other to say it, how serious your relationship is, the next big step etc, so it is going to be interesting how it is shown along with the other continueing issues and things they have to deal with, along with whatever new stuff they throw at us. 🙂
