I see Jonathan in Bridgerton and all my straight friends drool over him, and I just say, "Noooo!! He belongs with Hawk" they have no idea what I'm talking about, it's great! 😅😅 ( I killed their dreams when I told them he's gay) Oops! hahahah

2024-06-06 14:36:17 +0000 UTCThis was a beautiful and necessary series. Yes, some actors have been able to come out but so many are still closeted by the industry. At least they are making progress. I love the interviews because you get so much insight into the actors perspective. However, the music industry is still very homophobic and still forced closeting by their label and management. You would be surprised to know some of the most popular artists that are still closeted and can't speak on it due to insane contracts that hid the control the artists were giving up and lifetime NDAs limit what they can ever say about their abuse. It sad really.

I don't know if you know, but one of the producers and writers shown in this interview, is a former Premier League Football Player. Robbie Rogers is the 37 year old former Leeds United player. He is only the second male football palyer to come out as gay in Britain after Justin Fashanu. He came out in 2013. He's also written a book about his experience of being an athlete whilst still playing. It's called Coming Out To Play.
