4minutes is so good and oh my gosh, the NC-17 scenes wow some of the most realistic and explicit that I’ve seen. Even outdid, KinnPorsche if you can believe that. So much nudity something you wouldn’t have seen three years ago that’s for sure.

It's easy to miss, but we can feel Kim really has qualms in the scene where he gives the parents' photo to Big. I had missed that the first few times I watched. the way he says it has already taken too long. His hesitations, the hand gesture . The way his facial expressions change when Porchay sings to him . He is definitely not feeling good at having to deceive him...but also, if Porchay is the son his dad had with a mistresss..then they are half-brothers too ( not just Kinn and Porsche) , and that makes his little game with Chay very complicated and messed up . Kim is a man of few words and Jeff plays it subtly, it takes full attention to decipher such hints.

I don't think anyone's mentioned it but there is a BL trope in this episode regarding clothes: First, they are each wearing a sock belonging to the other. In the bathroom scene, Porsche is wearing an outfit that Kinn would typically wear, while Kinn is actually wearing Porsche’s outfit from episode 5, which is why Kinn gives him this long look when Porsche asks "Where did you get it from" as if to say, "You're lucky you're cute." In fact he does ask, "Why are you so darned cute" to which an oblivious Porsche answers "Isn't that normal?" It signifies deeper emotional intimacy when they wear each other's clothes 💜💜

Your chat about why people assume the gender of a partner... I think it depends on where you're from. When I was growing up if you even hinted that someone was not attracted to the opposite sex, you'd get a punch in the face. I think lots of people still avoid implying anything. Some will tell you off for assuming, some will tell you off for not assuming. Easier just not to say anything and not make friends with anyone. That's my life, anyway :D

Fun fact I haven't seen in a quick scroll: There is actually an entirely real Phallic Shrine in the back garden of (I think) the Hilton, Bangkok (or another similarly international fancy brand) Also, if you didn't notice - while Kinn is putting the food offering in the monk's bowl, Porsche is touching his arm - this is so they can share in the karmic merits of feeding the monk.

Alex and Josh: I don't know what platform you used for this reaction but if you subscribe to IQIYI (less than 12 us dollars a month) especially if you plan on watching other BL's then you won't have to put up with commercials. Also there is GaGaOoLaLa (I think around 6 us dollars and Viki (about the same as GaGa price) that have tons of BL's. The latter two have a great number of Japanese, Taiwanese, and S Korean. Some have just 6-8 episodes and usually short duration but they have some of the best story lines out there. Sorry I don't have the UK pounds to US dollars. I will say that prior to KinnPorsche most of the BL's never went as far as KP in the NC scenes. KP opened the door for more risqué content in BL's on all the platforms.

Also I think the reason Porsche kept telling Kim he looked stressed in the photos was because he just wanted more to keep for himself. This is Porchay's love song in the series, but in real life Jeff (Kim) wrote, sung, arranged, produced it... He quickly taught Barcode (Porchay) the song on set right before they had to film.

Yes, roosters have testicles...but I've never seen them offered on skewers (but I have had the cockscombs...good, but it's a texture thing). I'm fairly sure that what they were eating were fish balls, which are quite common, and would have been served with a dipping sauce (although they are tasty on their own). And there's a whole story to be written about Porsche's problematic relationship with water...just think about it. The Koi, Macau, the sprinkler system, the mermaid costume, and in this episode there's the water of dedication he's about to pour when Tawan shows up as if summoned from the beyond.

When asking someone about who they like, I remember a scene from Heartstopper Season 1 ("Kiss") where Charlie asks Nick who he has a crush on. Initially, Charlie says, "What's she like?" to which Nick responds, "You're just going to assume they're a 'she'?" In that moment, I actually liked that Charlie used the old cliché because it made Nick's response more surprising and exciting for Charlie. However, I understand and agree that it would be nice if people just asked, "Are you seeing someone?" or "Is your partner here?" etc. I thought the introduction of using "partner" instead of "girlfriend/boyfriend" was a positive shift, but it didn't really change the expectation, as people still tend to assume that a partner is someone of the opposite sex.

The product placement in this series always makes me laugh out loud, but on the other hand, this bread may be ‘soft’, but it doesn’t detract from a very funny and sexy scene. Jeff Satur has a million -dollar voice and really deserves to be discovered by more people. There are a few reaction videos on YouTube that show the reactors blown away by his vocal range and ability to switch from his ‘head voice’ to his ‘chest voice’ within a couple of notes. He left the production company not long after KinnPorsche ended and formed his own. A very talented and intelligent guy. Thanks for this reaction in advance, guys, going to reward myself with it later. Hope you both had an amazing holiday..😎

Your reactions are priceless. Just a quick note - Porsche has a phobia of ghosts, which was really played up in this episode. It was introduced back in episode 6 and referenced again in the side story, when Kinn tricks him back into his hospital room. Also, in the merit scene, the monk sees a man next to Porsche the first time he goes alone. When he returns the second time with Kinn, the monk thinks the protective phallus didn't work because Kinn is still there. The speculation is that the monk saw Kinn by his side the first time as a kind of intuition of their love. That's why he offers him a bigger protective phallus the second time around. I was so excited to see you posted! Can't wait till the next episode 💜

Just to clarify: 94% of the Thai population is Buddhist. So you will often see characters making merit in temples or with walking monks. A ritual offering of food, drink (liquids), and flowers is usually given during the morning as an act of charity. In return, the monk offers a blessing or gives spiritual advice.
