This prints as one single piece, no supports, no glue, no paint!
Printed on Ender 3 Pro. Make sure you disable supports, you may have a little stringing around the inside of the circle hole but it doesn't show when viewed from the front.
I used a white mailing label to cover the holes in the back with white.
I didn't paint mine but I did use a Krylon matte spray to reduce some filament shine.
