Can print paint-free other than a few details on the computer.
I used this filament to test print.
Zap-a-gap and Zip Kicker made this process much easier (instant drying glue).

I’m not a 100% sure what all is going on, but I would level the bed again and adjust your Z offset until it stops skipping. Sounds like to me your print head is to close to the build plate. This is how I remedied my problem on my Kobra Max awhile back. Might be wrong, but hopefully this helps.

2022-09-12 18:41:30 +0000 UTCI just got an Ender 3 and set it up. The test prints printed and came out fine. When I try and print the Hex Stands my extruder keeps skipping. I tried leveling the bed and using the paper before each print but still skipping. Any thoughts this is like my second day using it. Thanks!
