You could try to give all the permissions to the game folder "Never Saint V.0.12" If that doens't work you could try to download the file again but as a folder and not a zip file: On the left side of the panel of MEGA make a right click on the folder "MAC 0.12" and select download. If that doens't work well you could try to download "https://www.winehq.org/" its an emulator for windows games in mac, so once you download and install it you could download the "Windows" version. I usually do the test on a Mac with Catalina OS ;D
