Policy Changes for August

- YCH for Hero Tier will be updated every two months, this is to avoid creativity exhaustion on my part and giving larger time frame for all Hero Tier patrons to participate in it - new YCH will be posted every even months (February, April, June, etc.), and as such...
- In exchange, during odd months (January, March, May, etc.) Veteran Tier commission will be opened for 3 Patrons instead of one, as usual, I will be notifying patrons when to switch down back to Hero Tier to avoid double charging.
- I have also changed my Patreon's billing from 1st of every month to the date you subscribed, this is also to avoid any unnecessary double charging.
