Polls and third Tier

I will do more polls in the future, but not that frequent since the feedback seems to mostly come from other sources (not polls).
I also improved the third Tier, here is a summary
- Cheaper price and better conditions for the first free commission
- Commissions will be shared in my Patreon unless it is explicitly unwanted by the client
