Thoughts on a Discord server
Added 2023-01-29 23:05:04 +0000 UTCBeen thinking about making a server for Patreon, imaging that it would help communicating with the art pool alot simpler, but not really sure if it would make things easier with having more places to post, or have to go through the possibility of removing patrons who are no longer part of my Patreon. I could just be overthinking it as well really. Do you guys think having a Discord for this Patreon would work okay or pass on it? <=3

Possibly. It might just be a role setting that you can turn on and off.

2023-01-30 00:58:02 +0000 UTCWell, I'd say it boils down to how helpful it would be in streamlining things; if it's purely to make it easier to get info from others for sketches, then it might end up being more to juggle; if the note system on Patreon isn't cutting it, though, and you think you'll get quicker or easier communicatiom through Discord, then you could always trial-run it =3

2023-01-29 23:18:11 +0000 UTCI think it might depend on whether or not you'd intend it to be transactional i.e. a way to communicate with us supporters, or more like a community in that we'd all gather, chat or share stuff there. I'm all for it either way, but just curious on how active it'd be in the latter case... Or I too might be overthinking :v
