Post Clarifying decisions for Ch 24

I'm feeling much better now! Hooray! I'm just making this post to clarify what happened to the Ch 24 [Scholar Perk].
The Perk was changed to 10% reduced sleep requirement, and I added in a little more text explaining Alice's reasoning behind it, as well as noting that she expected to finish reading through Illa's library before she left Cyra.
I did this because, while there were technically two more votes for the first option in the poll when I looked, there were also 6-7 votes for options three and four. On reflection, I realized that I designed the poll incorrectly (in multiple respects). First, I forgot to disallow people from voting twice. That's... kind of important. But I didn't know how the poll thing worked on Patreon. next time I should probably enable that option.
Second, because of the way I set up the voting system, it was relatively likely that anyone interested in fixing the perk from 24 would have their vote matter less, because there were three ways to create a vote for 'change Ch24 Perk somehow' and only one for 'keep it the same.' In other words, the voting system was created in such a way that the votes for people interested in changing the Ch24 Perk would have a split vote from the very beginning. Therefore, I decided to mentally group together the votes for 'change the perk' into one category and 'don't change the perk' into another category, tallied up the votes that way, and then changed the Perk to the 10% reduced sleep option afterwards. I apologize for needing to go back and do this - I should have been a bit more careful when I was designing both the Poll and the Perk so that this wasn't necessary in the first place. I blame my general mood and the difficulty I was having focusing and functioning at the time, but in the end, an excuse is an excuse, and I want to improve and do better in the future.

In chapter 26 she still takes perk for level 10 sholar. Again.
