I'm pretty sure Skye just sort of instinctually dislikes Scarlett because of their past relationship still affecting her even if she can't remember it. Plus, the mismatch between their personalities that caused all that tension in the first place hasn't disappeared either. From her perspective, she knows logically that she should probably be a bit less bitchy towards the supermage who holds their lives in her hands, but for some reason every little thing Scarlett does manages to get under her skin in a way absolutely nothing elsr does and she has no idea why, and there's also the frustration of seemingly being unable to control her reactions and not knowing why that is. Also, I'm pretty Mel just doesn't want to explain in public.

Spared twice in combat, spared repercussions, being gifted valuable items and still complains. To the point even Regina is awkward. Did her memory wipe regress her to her teen rebellious years as in Scarletts recollection or did she never get out of that phase and stuck to that personality as an adult as well? Confused with the last part, commissioning a painting is to have a painting done for you right? She'd have to describe the painting she wants no? Or just because Scarlett is not supposed to know? Is the plan to have the painter meet with Mel in private to do a painting of the dream?
