My head Lois is still Erica Durance from Smallville-that show had a talent second only to OUAT for finding the perfect people to fill a roll, then giving them dick. No offense to Amy Adams, of course--she's fine, and a damn sight better than Kate Bosworth, but I'm just not sold on her... and I kinda prefer the brunette Lois Lane (yeah, I know, I'm pathetic--but when we're done with Craig, can we go back to a brunette James Bond too?).
For Lana Lang, though, I still like the redhead idea, and the Betty/Veronica dynamic. Gives us the classic blonde/brunette/redhead trinity, as soon as we find a third love interest for Clark. So I'm thinking Isla Fisher? I could buy her as being at once a little sweeter and more naive than Lois, but with the same steel in common (in smutfic terms, she does enjoy some of the embarrassment of doing stuff with Clark and Lois).
And Mercy Graves, I'm not sure. She's Tao Okamoto in the upcoming Batman V. Superman, and I'm sure people appreciate the variety despite the racial politics of Luthor's unquestionably obedient, silent, submissive henchwoman being Asian. But I think there's something iconic about the TAS Mercy that I doubt Zach Snyder will match. I just can't quite think of an actress who would fit that. Maybe Jodi Lyn O'Keefe? The suggestion box is open.

Hrrm, ideally we'd have someone who works equally well as a bodyguard in a chaffeur's uniform (as Mercy was in S:TAS) and as PA in a suit (as Mercy was in JL. Also, in Superman: Doomsday and YJ, but that last one was a robot). Welp, I trust your fancasting.
