Maybe. But at the same time you have to consider that Wanda knows both Wolverine and Scott. She also knows both of them liked Jean Grey and neither want to share her. That being the case who gets Jean Grey may depend on who she likes as a person more. Or she might go for the third option and revive Jean Grey and give her both Scott and Wolverine since she also knew Jean when she was alive. I guess what I'm trying to say is that when your just giving out that many wishes you'll eventually have to prioritize who gets what in cases where wishes may overlap (ie if both Wolverine and Scott both like and wish for Jean who should get her if they simply refuse to share. Obviously the one I feel deserves it more seeing as how I'm the one granting the wish.).

IIRC, Wanda was trying to give as many super-types their hearts desire as possible; while some had priority, I don't think giving that to Scott conflicts

Does Wanda like Scott enough as a person to give him that specific wish though? I mean one could argue that she would likely setup Jean with Wolverine, Peter, or another of her past love interests if Wanda doesn't particularly like Scott rather than give him another shot with Jean (especially when you consider just how that relationship usually ends up).

Good idea. Maybe Wanda did it as an attempt to make it more normal for people to love and fuck whoever since she got crap for sleeping with Vision. In HoM she formed the reality based on the greatest desires and wishes of the people she knew. So maybe she had a talk with Peter after a Avengers mission where they talked about his past with Gwen, his trouble with Felicia and his love of MJ and all of them and Wanda shared her present situation with Vision. Then she creates the reality later that night and pulls on Peter and her friends love and lust. Maybe she feels bad for Janet with Hank and gives her a bone after remembering her connection to Magneto in Secret War and gets a new stepmom in the process :P Scott gets all his wives(Maddie, Jean, Emma etc), girlfriends and possible love interests like Storm and Laura Kinney. Kitty and Excalibur have fun and she’s married to Rachel and both the Rasputins. Logan is kept busy with Lady Deathstrike, Viper and other assassins. Doesn’t get his memories back like in HoM due to the different wishes. Etc etc. Peter remembers the conversation after a bit and tries to form a team to seek answers. At the end the reality goes on living and Peter sleeps with Wanda to help her get pregnant with twins for her and Vision which "locks" the reality in. Could have a fun sequel tease with Exiles or other Spiders showing up to recruit Spider-Man for a multiversal event ;)
