Who specifically requested a puffed-up steam engine, on the brink of bursting. Being so full of Flo's hypermessy diaper-butt, gosh...he has the power to blow up a train now. X.x
Dumb doggo ran out of coal, and so he thought up other means of fueling the steam engine.
