i have the the issue that i con not ring elena from the spa office

For Elena... in your SPA office button: CALL ELENA , together with CALL Teodora etc. If you can't see it.. something is wrong

Also, how do you trigger Anna's parents? Anna is here, but when we do the call with the parents, Anna's parents don't get involved?
