June 2022 Newsletter
Added 2022-06-15 21:36:21 +0000 UTCHello Skip Introists!
If you’re reading this, that’s because you are a patron! It’s your support that allows me to keep the channel going and produce the videos that you’re passionate about (and get access to that sweet, sweet bonus content). Thank you for doing that, it’s really nice! Every month I put out a newsletter like this one, updating you all on the state of the channel, Patreon, and the copaganda series.
Usually this newsletter comes closer to the beginning of the month, but I really got my ass kicked by Covid last week and couldn’t do much of anything. It’s knocked me off my schedule a bit, so I don’t expect to finish another video this month, hope you liked the Severance one!
Hoping to launch Copaganda: Paw Patrol in July, although I’d also like to touch on We Own This City and other shows that offer the police as a solution to the police (Line of Duty falls into this category as well). So those will be the next two videos for the channel, in some order.
This Sunday (6/19) will be the live Q&A, I’ll post a thread where you can post your questions separately, as always.
I also finally figured out streaming so we’re going to do the livestream watchalong of Jon Stewart’s film Irresistible on Monday 6/20. I’ll keep you updated on a specific time and platform! (The plan is to do YouTube but I need to make sure I won’t get a copyright strike for it).
Lastly, I wrote my monthly TV roundup covering everything I watched in May. I like doing these to quickly touch on everything I’m watching, so let me know if you’re interested in any of these shows and I can talk more about them either in Q&As or possibly video essays!
