I enjoyed your reaction (always do) but particularly liked your insights and analyses this episode about Charlotte, Maze and the Chloe/Pierce/ Lucifer situation. It was clever (surely not accidental) that the BUS flashing sign at the end when Pierce found Maze, had the illuminated U flashing and missing intermittently leaving BS (Bullshit) as Pierce was trying to get Maze to 'work' with him... be careful Maze! How does Pierce want Maze as part of his future plans to get what they both want? Can he be trusted or is he full of BS? Danielle is right, the drama is cranking up and many of us wanted to slap, shake and hug Lucifer all in the same episodes- it is all so complex and going to become very complicated for quite a few people.

2025-08-24 21:33:36 +0000 UTCLoved your reaction. Once more you came up with the right insights about what's going on with our characters, at least by the end of the episode. What I found funny (not haha funny though) was how both Lucifer and Pierce went more or less covertly fishing to know if Chloe had had sex with the other. Lucifer's face on the first drive to the winery was priceless when she confirmed she had not slept with Pierce... and then less subtle "interrogation" by Pierce about the neckless. Chloe is torn between still loving Lucifer and thinking it will never work so she latches on to Pierce who to her seems more solid and stable. I loved the reveal to Charlotte, now she's in a position ask the right questions and move forward without thinking she's crazy. It also showed that Lucifer doesn't mind showing his wings to people other than Chloe, he doesn't care that other people view him as an angel or as anything really. But he does want Chloe to believe he's the Devil, not an angel, and he doesn't know how to go about it. So he's sort of stuck and Pierce uses that to his advantage, to "get rid of the cat" as it were. You mentioned in passing that Ella and Lucifer could hook up? euh... no way. They're like siblings! Anyhow, the drama is about to crank up quite a lot. The next 2 episodes make me hesitate between wanting to slap Lucifer to wake him up and wanting to hug him. I guess he needs both!
