MCStacker 1.13 Offline Zip File
Added 2018-07-29 03:59:11 +0000 UTCFrom now on I'll be updating this file monthly. The online version of MCStacker will be updated more frequently.
To use this, unzip the file to a folder on your computer. Go into the folder and run the html file. It should load up into your browser.

(The problem where you couldn't select the list of items when dropping an online item offline has been resolved.) Also, this is a question. Are there any plans to add "jp" (Japan) to the "Item/Blocklist Language" section of the settings? There are Japanese users in Minecraft, so there might be a demand for it.
