I started a save with Parma on FM23 and never really played it ... decided to open it up in FM24 recently and ran into a problem - the 9899 kits which I downloaded at the time in 2023 or so show up on the Club Info page, but when I play a game it shows modern Parma kits, which are totally different obv. I have the in game editor so looked at the Edit Club Kits and they are indeed the modern ones. I decided thats fine, I can just edit the kits so that they show up correctly in game. It'll take me 15 mins. But as soon as I do that the nicely done kits in the Club Info page change. Can you help me understand and fix this problem? I feel like maybe its something with the database and can't be fixed within a save .... Appreciate your advice. Thanks! PS - to add some detail, I moved all modern graphics into a folder outside of the normal location and moved the graphics pack I had for 9899 into the normal location. PPS - this seems to be affecting all clubs in the save game, just for most its only the second and third kits that are mismatched, as few clubs change their primary kits so drastically as Parma have done

I tried using the saved game file, and upon opening, I noticed that some specific teams have abbreviated names, as if there were some kind of licensing restriction (for example, Boavista Futebol Clube, Braga, Vitoria de Guimaraes from Portugal, and Olympique de Marseille and Olympique Lyon from France). These have abbreviated names. I thought it might be something related to how the game was created. I tried loading a new game from scratch, using the FMF and regen v2 files. After loading the new game, the same thing happens. Could I be doing something wrong? Or is there a small issue with the database specifically for these teams? Thank you for your attention.

2024-09-07 18:52:19 +0000 UTCThat's the file I've used and works. Make sure you have it installed in both folders according to the instructions. One way you can verify if it worked properly is to sim to May 3rd, and search for Phillip Lahm, Pepe Reina, Motta, Iker Casillas. If they appear, then the regens are working properly

2024-07-04 21:56:33 +0000 UTCHey. I've downloaded the db fmf file but in game it says it's uncompatible and shows as 1998/99 db 5.0 fmf. Any help? I'd like to play with all the regens spawning in the future. I don't have a copy of fm23. So is there a way to do it another way?
