Version 0.6 Releasing in Just One Week!

 

Roman Brothers!!

We are happy to finally announce that the next build (v0.6) will be released in 6 days! We would say we are sorry for big delay with this build .. but as you know... Apologies are for the weak vandals!

This version update have a lot of new content (quests, missions), a new working system of 'reputation' and a whole new missions system (you can now send your slaves to a mission and play as the slaves!).

As you know, we had some issues for the past 2 builds with our team, but we are super happy to say that that's finally solved now and we are back on our normal track! Again, thank you for staying patient during that time, we appreciate it a lot.

JustCurious is correct. The slave would have it's own skill tree that would contain the sexual positions it can perform and the slaver would have a skill tree that contains the punishments that he/she can perform. This would allow the player to carry over some of the progression even after selling a slave.

I guess that Bork Friendsen suggested that the game should have a skill tree for slaves and a skill tree for the slaver. To keep the slaves unique they could have different base stats (obedience (see above), commitment (could determine the amount of gold they earn on each mission), ...).

I know the basics of Flash and UE4, but i am not an experienced programmer. I like math and game systems :)

Im not sure a pkayer skill tree makes sense because then all the slaves would be the same... having the slaves and not the player have the tree makes them unique

I think not, because Slaves of Rome needs more gameplay in my opinion, because otherwise it will get boring very fast.

It would also make sense that the slaver (player character) would have his own skill tree that would contain the punishment skills, stamina, endurance etc. These would then affect interactions with the slaves and the player would be rewarded for successfully training slaves by making it easier to train new slaves. Just my two cents... :)

Cool ... Perhaps you could add the following content, too: Every slave could have an obedience score (modified by love, fear and different skills). The score could determine the chance that the slave tries to flee. If the slave escapes the player character has x minutes to find and capture her / him.

Working on that! Although this update is mostly about more content (story, quests and such) but yes, we want to add those stuff as well :)

0.5 is nice, but you should improve the trees in the game, add more devices to the dungeon, allow the player to change the appearance of the player character and improve the physics (clothing and breasts) in the game.
