But the doors got mirrored in the night too, so maybe they started working the other way around and the person coming from outside was his wife, but she turned into this alternative mirror version after coming home through that door 🤔 Not much of a difference I guess since he's still living with a doppelganger now, but I think there must be some meaning in the doorknobs changing sides both on the front and back doors

THE DOOR KNOB SWITCHED SIDES!!! On the original slides you can see that the inside of the door has the handle on the right (and thus the outside handle is on the left). However in the last three slides, the *inside* of the door has the doorknobs on the left. Also the knocking happened at 3:00 AM, aka the witching hour 👀👀

My grandpa had his left hand tied behind his back in school. The Catholic Church in the US used to think being left-handed was unnatural and a sign of the devil. So they forced left-handed children like my grandpa to use their right hand for everything. I thought of this immediately as a reference.
