Mia, unfortunately, couldn’t stay with Julia for long—her work at the hospital lobby kept her busy. Still, she suggested a couple of places worth visiting.

The first one, of course, was the nurses’ station. The girls there would surely come up with more ideas for Eva’s sister to explore.

Of course, in the middle of a busy workday, the nurses wouldn’t be able to escort her. But still…

Before Julia approached, a conversation was already unfolding between Head Nurse Lisa and young nurse Lily.

Lisa: “Room 203 needs a deep inspection. Don’t rush it—he enjoys it more when you take your time with the… thermometer.”

Lily: “And what about the twins in 107?”

Lisa: “Oh, they’ll need a full body rubdown. Don’t skip the oil this time.”

Lily: “You always make it sound so dirty…”

Lisa: “That’s because patients behave better when they think it’s more than just medicine.”

Lisa noticed Julia right away—she was the spitting image of Eva, just styled differently. For a second, Lisa thought Eva had dyed her hair and showed up with a new look.

Lisa: “Eva? When did you have time to change your hair? We just saw each other…”
Lily: “Huh…?”
Julia: “Hi, girls. I think you’re mistaking me for my sister. I’m just exploring the hospital while I’ve got a free moment.”

Lisa was shocked. She couldn’t believe Eva had a twin sister and had never mentioned it.
Lily, on the other hand, barely listened. She was too busy admiring the “new look” of her favorite doctor, her eyes practically devouring Julia as if she were Eva.

Lisa: “Eva has a twin sister? How could she keep that secret?”
Julia: “She likes to hide me… but luckily, that’s not so easy to do.”

After that, Julia and Lisa chatted casually. Julia kept trying to find out more about her sister’s off-duty fun inside the hospital—where she spent her time, with whom, and how. Eventually, they recommended she check out the hospital’s photo studio.

Lily still stared at Julia with hungry eyes, lost in her fantasies.

Near the entrance to the photo studio, Julia overheard a heated exchange between the student Jack and the photographer Sebastian. Jack had been skipping mandatory group photo sessions, and the hospital administration had been scolding Sebastian for it.

Sebastian: “Jack, if you keep dodging the shoots, I’ll lose my job.”

Jack: “Come on, those group shots are pointless. Who even cares?”

Sebastian: “The dean cares. The director cares. And I care—because I get chewed out every time you play rebel.”

Jack: “Maybe if you made them… more interesting, I’d show up.”

Sebastian: “Careful what you wish for, boy. I can make a photo session very interesting.”

Sebastian: “But you didn't even come to take a photo for your student ID!”

Julia: “Am I interrupting, boys? I was told the photo studio was around here.”
Julia: “I guess this will be the one place in the hospital that feels most familiar to me.”
Sebastian: “Eva!? You changed your look? I already planned several sessions and picked costumes… now I’ll have to redo everything!”
Jack: “…”
Jack (thoughts): I knew this teacher had a wild side, but switching her looks like that? I’m into the alt-girl vibe more than the bimbo thing anyway.
Julia: “Better clear this up right away—I’m not Eva. I’m her twin sister, Julia.”

Sebastian: “What!? That’s incredible! The possibilities… the ideas! Honestly, I’m getting hard just thinking about it!”
Sebastian: “A twin-themed photoshoot could even surpass my favorite set: ‘Yin & Yang’ with Eva and Ted.”
Jack (thoughts): So the teacher kept her old style after all. Good. But the fact there are two of them now… damn, that’s a jackpot. Even this dork in sandals might be right about it.
Julia: “And what exactly was that photoshoot my sister did?”
Sebastian: “It was perfection! Skin on skin, toned bodies, the way their poses clashed and fit together. Nothing extra, just pure chemistry between him and her. And their… well, let’s say the details are confidential. Especially with a student present.”
Jack (thoughts): Confidential, huh? I’ll have to find out myself.

Julia: “I think I get the picture…”
Julia (thoughts): I knew Eva had changed… her behavior too. Looks like I just stumbled on the first real clue. My sister’s intuition tells me it must have been something like this…

Julia’s imagination takes over:

Julia (thoughts): Ugh… though my imagination always runs too wild. Eva may be a little devil, but she’s always kept some restraint.

Julia (thoughts): But lately she’s been more… open. Maybe something happened. Maybe this really could have taken place.
Julia (thoughts): But what about her husband?

Julia (thoughts): Either she’s cheating on him… or he gets a raging hard-on just watching her like that.
Julia (thoughts): …Or maybe I’m just daydreaming too much.
