Hinako Ninomiya is determined that her students settle disputes not with martial arts, but rather a more socially acceptable means of violence: sports!

Unfortunately for our well-intended educator, there's a wardrobe malfunction during tip-off! Now Kuno and Ranma can't help but transfix on a very different set of bouncing balls! 😉

Remastering details:

Remastered in UHD.
Numerous splotch & noise cleanup.
Hinako and Kuno's eye color is now blue like the original anime.
The "shooting button" presentation has been completely redone. Now we show several instances of the button as it shoots into and slashes the basketball.
Dialog in panel 2 split into two bubbles. FX text timing slightly altered for a hopefully clearer action sequence.
Shadows under the basketball adjusted in panels 2 and 3.
Gym backgrounds were low resolution. We've used a combination of AI upscaling and hand-painting for the UHD presentation. It's the best we can do given the poor state of the original elements.
The original edition is also included in the attached archive for comparison so viewers can see all of these improvements.

Until next time, for those wondering, why YES, that must be a razor sharp metal button that popped off Hinako's dress. Crazy! As outlandish things in Ranma go, however, this doesn't even crack the top ten. 😛
