Shampoo had a ploy to seduce Ranma that involved exotic Jusenkyo powders. One of which is Futa, the other which was Catgirl. The plan went awry though because an actual alley cat showed up and triggered Ranma early, causing her to flee towards the park. Shampoo caught Ranma finally and still used the powders to fulfill her desires. I did my best to set things up with the blurb, but I do realize this was extremely complicated for a pinup. If folks want to just enjoy the hentai rather than follow all that, I don't blame them, but this is the full explanation. ^_^
